As a seasoned Test Manager, with over 17 years of experience in testing and quality consultancy, I’ve worked in mostly Telco and Online environments and also in the Banking and Semi-government branch of industry. More recently I’ve gathered extensive hands-on experience with the Agile framework in the role of Product Owner and SCRUM Master. My key areas of expertise include the following:

  • Setting up and successfully managing complex, multi-vendor & multi-cultural test programs and projects (which often have high visibility and senior management attention).
  • Experience with various operating and delivery models and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with the Agile framework, in the role of Product Owner and SCRUM Master.
  • In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with the testing of, amongst others:
    • Virtual services/SDN,
    • BSS and OSS platforms,
    • Core networks (ETN (L2)/IP (L3)),
    • Triple Play services (HSI, VoIP, Multicast),
    • Web- & App services,
    • Identity Management solutions.
  • Strong skills in software quality assurance, vendor management, stakeholder management and conflict management.
  • Proven track record in improving and optimizing quality processes.
  • Sound grasp of software development lifecycle, testing concepts, capable of identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the testing project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and ensure on time & on budget delivery.

I’m able to define, communicate and fulfil objectives and break down complex issues into manageable parts. If needed I’m willing to take the pragmatic route to achieve project goals. I’m a strong communicator, flexible and will adapt quickly to a new working environment. It doesn’t take long for me to get ‘up to speed’  in a program or project since I can absorb information quickly and am a quick learner.  My greatest satisfaction comes from delivering a project successfully, knowing my team and I went the extra mile to achieve optimal results.
