In my role as E2E Test Manager I’m creating, managing and realizing the overall E2E test strategy for various programs within LGI. The main programs I’m assigned to are: ATOM, MyUPC3 PL, Aurora CDM Release 5.1 and IM UXP (PE Core, PL & IE).

July 2015 – May 2016 (11 months) Rijswijk

As a Quality-/Test Manager, employed by Prodapt Consulting, I’m responsible for setting up and carrying out multiple QA- & test management projects for various Telecommunication and Online operators.

September 2012 – May 2016 (3 years 9 months) Den Haag

In my role as E2E Test Manager I’m creating, managing and realizing the overall E2E test strategy for various programs within KPN NetCo. The main programs I participated in were: Fixed Core Network Replacement, NSO2FCN migration, Decentral CDN, PetaCore.

As a Quality-/Test Manager, employed by VDVL, I’m responsible for setting up and carrying out multiple QA- & test management projects for various Telecommunication and Online operators.

September 2009 – March 2013 (3 years 7 months) Rotterdam Area, Netherlands

Between 2008 and 2012 I was the co-owner of two companies. One focused on the recruitment and worker assignment of own and hired employees in the ICT branch (Audenda), the other focused on financial services for the SME branch (AdminFlex). In this role I was the employer of 6 people who staffed our offices.

January 2008 – 2012 (4 years) Rotterdam

Between 2008 and 2012 I was the co-owner of two companies. October 2008 – January 2011 (2 years 4 months) Rotterdam

Between October 2008 and January 2011 I fulfilled the role of Overall Test Manager (a.i.) and Project Manager for the Informatievoorziening department within the Havenbedrijf Rotterdam (Port of Rotterdam Authority).

As a Test Manager I was co-responsible for creating, managing and realizing the overall test strategy for the ‘Transformatie’ program.

As a Project Manager I was responsible for successfully delivering multiple compliancy projects (a.o.: Novell & Oracle). Also I was responsible for successfully migrating numerous highly critical Hydro Meteo applications from the old internal data center to the new vendor owned and maintained data center.

June 2007 – December 2007 (7 months) Rotterdam

For the Robeco department ‘Robeco Asset Management’ (RAM) I fulfilled the role of E2E Test Manager for the Symphony program.

As a Test Manager I was responsible for creating, managing and realizing the overall test strategy for the program which consisted out of 6 separate projects.

Under my supervision the LVTS project was successfully E2E tested and validated.

January 2007 – June 2007 (6 months) Rotterdam

For the Robeco department ‘Robeco Asset Management’ (RAM) I was assigned with the embedding of an internal test team.

For this I’ve co-developed a standard way-of-working which was fully based on TMAP theory and best practices.

With the internal test team (consisting of 3 FTE) we’ve successfully tested and validated the Castor program (migration of front- and back office applications to a new data center).

2006 – 2007 (1 year) Den Bosch

I fulfilled the role of E2E Test Manager at Robeco while employed by Immune-IT.

2003 – 2006 (3 years) Den Haag

In my role as Project Manager I’ve successfully carried out numerous hardware refreshes and upgrades to the billing system (BSCS), together with the T-System maintenance teams in Munich.

In my role as Incident & Problem Manager I managed the BRP issues in the Remedy system. Also I enabled that automated reports with issue status were send out to the team members which enabled them to proactively pick up new or long-running issues.

In my role as Change Manager I enabled BRP changes to be implemented quickly and according to internal processes and agreements.

As a Printshop Coordinator I ensured that all customer invoice data was received in time by the printshop (based in Germany), so that customers would receive their bill in time. Furthermore I was responsible for ensuring the invoices were compliant with the T-Mobile corporate design.

1999 – 2006 (7 years) Baarn

As an employee of KZA I had multiple challenging assignments, most of them in the field of Quality- and Test Management. Clients were a.o.: Bol.com, PinkRoccade Civility, KPN.

Functional Consultant, Test Manager

1999 – 2001 (2 years) The Hague

For KPN Business Unit Vaste Telefonie I fulfilled the role of Functional Consultant for 1 year (for the systems AFH & ITCIS). After that I fulfilled the role of Test Manager, coordinating and coaching a team of 6 FTE.
